The resource page should be a simple blog page highlighting useful posts and topic-based content.
Currently, it doesn’t show all updated information or provide a strong user flow, creating opportunities to improve the journey and increase CTR.

  • Led UX improvements for the Resource Hub to enhance content discovery, filtering, and conversion

  • Conducted research and personas to understand user needs and behaviors

  • Analyzed journeys to identify friction in search, filtering, and engagement

  • Created wireframes and interaction models to validate discovery experience

  • Low click-through rate to featured content, only about 17% of clicks

  • Users are primarily browsing through the main navigation when visiting resources

Proposed two navigation styles: dropdown menu and horizontal sub-navigation. Both follow best practices and integrate with the design system while maintaining usability and clarity.
